General Assembly announces Capital Projects slated for
Ohio’s 66th House District
Projects in the City of Milford,
Miami Township, and Batavia Township to receive $106,500
for funding
Miami
Township, Clermont
County, January
26, 2005: State
Representative Joe Uecker announces that three local
governments will receive assistance for funding capital
improvement projects.
Those projects slated for funding are:
·
Williamsburg-Batavia Hike/Bike Trail (total
funding of $85,000 split between 66th and 88th
District)
·
South Milford Road Bike Trail Project (City
of Milford to receive $16,500)
·
Miami Township Community Park Amphitheater
($50,000)
Uecker stated “this was the
Capital Budget from the last General Assembly that did not
get finished before the end of the year.
These were last minute additions to the bill and I
am very appreciative for those who submitted the projects
after very last minute phone calls.
We hope to get started on the General Assembly’s
project list in a few months so we don’t get caught at
the last minute as well.”
